Founder and Director

After graduating from the University of Illinois in 1996, Rachael Gluck taught in the Highland Park, Buffalo Grove and Skokie school systems. She began her first in-home tutoring service on the North Shore of Chicago in 1998. Rachael earned her Masters in Education Administration in 2000.  She is a credentialed teacher and a pioneer in the field of home tutoring.
